Cut 25 Dress by Yigal Azrouel

Size Small but would fit small or XS. The dress is quite stretchy but the neon bands don’t have as much give so the one around the waist can make it a bit tricky to get it on and off if you have bigger hips or chest. Excellent used condition, worn twice. Some loose threads from the fabric shown in pictures.
