A charming cut crystal dish with a frosted Lotus flower. I am pretty sure this is Mikasa. Mikasa has several sizes of bowls with this design. Mikasa is known for their use of thicker cut lines, florals with some petals or leaves frosted. It's in good pre-owned condition. There's a little scratch.
