Cut out ladies top

This is a super unique and wearable top. It has cut out designs at the top (should be worn with an under shirt), a key hole back and flared sleeves. It has a bit of a high/ low hem but not too much of a difference. Currently it is super wrinkly and I apologize but it will look much better after being ironed. It’s lightweight and versatile.
