Cute American Eagle top size M

This super cute American Eagle top is brand new (without tags). I’ve only just tried it on and found that it was a bit tight on my chest area. It’s size medium but I would say fits more like a small. You can see it on me in the last picture. It would fit a bit more cropped on someone of average height (I am only 4’10”) for reference. Would look super cute for fall with a pair of high waisted jeans or shorts.
