Super cute and sexy Fashion Brand Company Dress in the cute fish print. Has a septum ring at the bust and smocking in the back for a great fit. I had my tailor add pockets to this. Beautiful linen and straps that can be adjusted for fit. Flat pit to pit is 16” but it stretches to 21” maybe a bit more. Waist is 15.5” but also stretches to 18” and maybe a bit more. Has padded bust. From the top of the bust to the bottom of the hem is 43” Straps are adjustable.
