Cute Vtg Sheer Floral Day Dress

Late 60's early 70's "day dress"...but not for work, god forbid you show your arms!! Scalloped plunging neckline. 2" allowance at hem (to lengthen or make a thin belt which I've done on a few of my vintage dresses and it looks so great). Excellent vintage condition, no visible flaws...mistakes can happen but I go over each piece thoroughly for stains and wear. This appears to have none. Lightweight polyester. Tag says size 8 but check measurements below: Waist (it's elastic but I measured with zero stretching): 11" Pit to pit: 17.25 (again, there's stretch available but this is done without stretching at all) Shoulder to shoulder: 15.25 (this one was tough to measure bc there's no real shoulder seam. If I measure from point to point across it is 19.75) From highest point on collar to waist: 15.25 Waist to hem: 25" Colours can appear different on different screens, this is a true navy with white flowers.
