Cute black and blue high low strapless dress!

I bought this dress a couple years back and I haven’t really worn it anymore but I did slay at many parties with this! The top is thick (that way you don’t worry about wearing bra underneath) and the bottom is nice and flowy. Honestly it hurts having it and not using it anymore s might as well give it to someone who can enjoy it like I did!
