Cute black & white tiered floral dress

This dress is so cute and flowy. Nice tiered style, v neck and flutter sleeves. Perfect for a vacation. Pairs nicely with white or denim sneakers. Does not have a size tag so please see below for measurements. Pit to pit 17.5” can stretch to 18.5” Waist 15” can stretch to 16.5” Length 33” This dress has a side zipper. I am also not sure of the brand. It is in excellent condition.
