Cute dinosaur dog hoodie/harness

Bought for my puppy Pom. Unfortunately he is too floofy for this so it doesn’t fit :( tried on but too small. Perfect for a less fluffy small dog or puppy! Super cute. Velcro straps underneath and cute hood detail. Has a ring detail for leash attachment. Added size chart picture for reference.
