Cute dress with Peter Pan collar

Dual tone blue with black upper. Cute Peter Pan collar. Dress has a slight a-line flare in the skirt area. Material is comfy and stretchy. It says size medium but it fits like an extra small. Good condition with some minor piling as shown in last pic. Don’t mind the marks in the first pic, that was just smudges in the mirror!
