Cute floral Forever 21 dress. Size small.

Dress has never been worn. There is still a tag on it. Dresses a V-neck in the front and V-neck in the back that leads to an open back but ties up at the top of the neck. Shoulders are bare. Is an absolutely adorable dress it just didn’t suit me.
