Cute gingham bell-sleeve top

I may have worn this once, I’m not 100% sure, but I know it was a little snug in the upper arm area so I wasn’t keen to wear it again if I did wear it a first time. I just measured and i'm about 13 inches there so if you’re smaller than that this will do just fine.
