Cute handmade mini skirt or button up shirt insert

Cute handmade garment that can could be worn as a mini skirt or for layering under a sweater or something, as I think it was intended for that. It came with a top button up insert that I’ve kept. 🥹 Selling for cheap since it’s half of « it ». *please note I have cats around, so I try my best getting rid of the hairs with proper washing and lint rollers before shipping ☺️
