Cute patterned orange dress with pleats | M

This super cute 90s dress was reworked by a vintage seller to have a more modern silhouette with an elastic waistband. It has a mandarin collar (or imitation thereof) with a button closure, and a zipper at the back. The print is a small-scale leopard print. The elastic waistband means the fit is forgiving but it probably best fits a medium (I'm a size 10-12 and it definitely fits but it would probably best fit someone slightly smaller than me). The tags says 100% cotton but honestly it has more of a poly/synthetic feel to me. It's in good condition with just a bit of fraying at the back of the collar (see picture).
