🔥 Cute polka dot dress

g:21 black and white polka dot dress . Empire waist with lots of stretch . Also has 2 loops for a belt , but doesn’t come with one . This dress was well loved , so there is piling all over . But most noticeable in the arm pit area. No holes or tears ! Pairs great with leggings !
