Cute purple sweater in size S

This sweater is super cute. Has a balloon style bottom looks great with leggings. This sweater has never fit me and there are a few threads hanging here and there and some seams coming undone as shown in pictures, could be an easy fix. All buttons are intact and has fabric covering.
