Super cute, but super short vintage looking mini skirt. Fits best on hips. Slight stretch. Exposed Zipper in center back. Inset pockets on both front thighs. Brand - Eclectic, Rio de Janero Size - approx 27 waist Fabric - unknown. Tag appears to be in another language, but best guess is a cotton/elastane in a twill knit style. Very little stretch. Not a jersey knit Lay flat measurements Waist (sits on hips) - 15.5" Thigh - 18.5" Bottom width - 19.75" Length - 13" front / 13.25" back Anything I've forgotten? Please, just ask.
