Cute ruffle strap dress in size 38

This dress is stunning for a vacation or barbecue. Style is very similar to the other polka dot one listed in my closet. No fabric content tag inside. Has adjustable straps. Bottom of dress is lined. Pit to pit 17” can go up to 18” Waist 13.5” can stretch up to 16.5” Length from top of strap to longest area at hemline is 39” Bottom of dress has an asymmetrical style. I would say it fits like a medium maybe even fit a small.
