Cute turquoise blue peacoat. Size Medium. EUC

Super cute sky blue peacoat with ruffles and 5 buttons. It's the cutest, and I'm sad to let it go. Unfortunately it is too small. I always got so many compliments on this coat, it's so adorable. Says it's medium but fits like an extra small. Bought in Montreal, it's been gently worn and loved by me, and hopefully I can pass it on to someone who loves it as much as I did. 💙 PTP 17 1/2 " Length 33"
