Cute vintage black and white dress

Bought it a while ago, never wore it! hoping some vintage queen out there can pull it off!! The dress is very stretchy (elastic in the back) so it can fit all body types, but it might be a little too big for my skinny legends:( Plus size queens you could 1000000%% rock this!!
