Cut-out one piece swimsuit

Brand new with tags, swimsuits for all brand 1 piece swimsuit. Size 16 but the cups are more like a 14. Tried on, didn't fit, and has never been worn. Bought it last year and its been stored ever since, so now it's time to let it go to someone else who might actually wear it!
