How long is the strap? Would this fit a laptop?

The strap is adjustable. . It ranges from 19 inches to 25 inches. . I tried my lab top which is 13 inches x 9 inches and it fits but it all depends on your size of your lab top . the bag is 14 x 11 inches. .
