marcib444 Hi, Technically yes you can. There is one spot where they are held onto the pillowcase with a drop of glue as well as the piece where you push the button. I do want to confirm tonight that the lights will stay on rather than only when you push the button. Just didn't have time today before work to put in batteries and try.
