Cynthia Rowley Dress

This dress is beautiful and so flattering. The floral print is gorgeous and stands out. Size 4 perfect for a small. p2p is 17 with a little stretch. The dress does wear well and is form fitting and very comfortable not stiff. Like new just to small for me.
