This show stopping turtleneck sweater vest by Cynthia Rowley is such a nice piece to add to your wardrobe! It’s a is nice mid, to deep, blue with tiny hints of pint that’s only visible when viewed close up. Unfortunately, the material tag has been cut out, but there is definitely wool in this piece, as it has some typical luxurious wool feel to it. Tagged a size US M, however, it’s so stretchy that it fits me comfortably, and I’m usually an XL! LOT’S of stretch! Cute side slits on both sides.
