Cynthia Rowley multi-colour circle skirt. White background with pink, black and blue pattern. Stretch fabric and waistband allow skirt to sit on waist or hips - depending on preference. The fabric is a medium weight so the skirts falls nicely and keeps its shape. Size small but, if worn at the waist, could fit medium as well.
