Cynthia Rowley midi length blue and black knit pencil skirt

Knit black waistband. Blue and black inverted striped skirt. 3/4 of the way down the straps turn into vertical stripes. Tons of stretch but I prefer not to stretch clothing unless a customer asks. 6
