Cynthia Rowley skirt

New without tags. I purchased it without trying it on first. Never bothered to return it and thought maybe I would grow into it but it is still a bit big for me. It is a size 4 but i would say it fits closer to a 6-8. Knitted fabric and lined underneath. Very flattering and sits a bit above the knee. I am 5’9. There are a few “loose threads” but this was the case when I purchased it. It is part of the nature of the design and everything is in tact. Has been carefully stored in a smoke free home.
