Cynthia Steff black fit and flare dress. Size 2. Brush stroke or petal like pattern in grey and white , almost a violet taupe floral look. I’m 5’3” and hits below my knees. Can be worn formal or not. Excellent condition. Purchased at Bloomingdales.
