amd_trainer Hi, can you clarify if this is a head halti? Your description states "no pull loop on...chest which would be a harness.

nscoastalcloset @amd_trainer hi - this is a harness for a smaller dog. One loop adjusts around the neck and another larger adjustable loop for the chest with a strap in between. Hope that clarifies for you :)
