Amazing portrayal of David Bowie's character of Jareth, the Goblin King in Jim Henson"s cult classic 1986 film, The Labyrinth, on an extremely well-made and colourful enamel and alloy pin.
Pledge your allegiance to the greatness that was Henson's groundbreaking puppetry, your undying love for David Bowie and his stuffed silver pantaloons, or for goblins and the goblin-affiliated the world over (for which I'm sure there is now a very very niche subculture we just haven't heard of yet)... and, indulge me, how could there not be with creatures such as Hoggle, whose puppet-form was lost after filming, only to turn up years later in unclaimed baggage depot at an Alabama airport in TERRIFYING condition (see above, sorry about your nightmares) but was restored and now lives there permanently on display; the adorable little worm goblin that invites Jennifer Connely's young Sarah in to meet the Mrs. for a cuppa tea (the cutest!); or those red fire-y goblins who terrorize Sarah by taking off their heads and dancing around her (which scared the otherwise goblin-loving crap out of me at 6 years old).
Of course no one should ever attempt to topple Jereth from his Goblin King throne. Just check out that killer Kentucky Waterfall!! Also known as the King of all 80's hairstyles, which of course is the Mullet.
