De Base maxi dress , adjustable spaghetti straps. hard to describe but has delicate triangle shaped petal like appliques attached on the outer sheer layer and solid black slip underneath, very lightweight. Slits on the bottom, both sides. Worn once. Excellent condition. Made of 95% Polyester and 5% Elastane so has some give. ( stretch). Because the straps are adjustable and if your more petite, this can be worn with heels or ankle boots. Please note: The photograph doesnt show the entire dress from top to bottom, it is a maxi dress, to the ankles depending on your height.
