DELFI Zulay blue pleated dress

DELFI Collective vibrant blue pleated gown, with a lace up back and exposed back and sides. Gorgeous lightweight fabric. Size tag is xs, but I think it fits more like a 2-4. For reference, I am 5’2 and about 115lbs with a size 32D cup. I love this dress because it’s so adjustable in the bust and shoulder straps. Very good used condition; I can’t find any flaws on it, but due to the pleated nature of the fabric, it would be hard to notice anything small.
