Size MED Sleeveless Dress by Devoted BNWT. This is a flowy, pretty dress in cream, tan and very subtle lilac print. Fully lined with a V in front and back with tie in back across upper back . Wide elasticized waist to accommodate. Skirt has 10 inch ruffle at bottom and a slit in front . Fabric and lining is 100% polyester. PTP is 16” flat and stretches to 19”.
