DEX Plaid dress

DEX dress with a dark teal/blue, black and white plaid print. Sleeves can be rolled up and buttoned. Features a tie at the waist for clinching and a zipper at the front. Also has two small breast pockets. Material has little give but there is an elastic in the waist. Measurements are taken flat, and are approximate. Subject to me miss reading the tape measure. Pit to pit - 19" Length (shoulder to hem) - 35"
