X on the back for the belt. Belt loop on the sides. Elastic belt with blue and white stripes. Silver buckle. Rushed bubble sleeves and rushed bubble bottom, heavy and flattering fabric. Dex branded plate gold color on the left sleeve. SIZE: Medium MEASUREMENTS: Taken flat, not stretched. - P2P: 16 and 1/4 inches - Waist: 16 and a half inches - Skirt waist to bottom: 16 and 3/4 inches MATERIAL: 100% viscose CONDITION AND DETAILS: Pre-loved but in good condition. No pilling or tear. Normal wash wear. 2 lightly pulled seam (see picture for details). No visible stain on the dress but a small smudge on the left side of the buckle.
