Thank you for your questions in regards to this lovely DVF dress .
I always disclose any faults that I can see in my listings to the best of my ability .
This dress has no stains or pulls that are visible to me . As noted in the listing the hemline and one cuff has been re Hermes in spots .The gather /ruching seems to be on one side of the dress ..and around the waist /draping .
