cocosverobeach Similar thing happened to me at brand authentic with items in horrible condition. I have been watching for a long time and I’m almost positive that they are committing fraud during the bingo game as well. I believe the two or three nicer items (the balls) are weighed. I’ve seen the host pick up and drop a ball for a different one navy

closeticon1 @cocosverobeach What is our recourse against them? @poshmark stated in their response to me that the bingo game is considered a mystery box/auction; and mystery boxes/auctions are final sale. Oh, and the fact that I accepted the box without inspecting the items also led to @poshmark's decision to not allow a return for refund. The other thing that is so puzzling is that @poshmark is very good at policing closets for unethical business practices, but they allow @brandauthentic to continue. Sad.

wildchild2 I just saw your comment on @brandauthentic live show right when I was asking them if their items are indeed what they say they are. I just received my first box and nothing is as described. Anything I can do or how to report? I’m kinda new to this, but very bummed.

closeticon1 @wildchild2 We're all in the same boat. You can open up a complaint with poshmark and request a refund. I was told no, to a refund because the bingo game is considered a mystery box, and mystery boxes are purchased at the buyer's risk. Even when I explained that @brandauthentic shows their items, so it's not a mystery, Poshmark stood behind the mystery box rule. Its beyond disgusting that unethical business practices are allowed on this platform. Continue to challenge them.

wildchild2 @closeticon1 I haven’t accepted the delivery and made comments about items on 3rd day. I haven’t heard any reply from them so put a complaint in with Poshmark. None of the items are authentic, at least by my eye. I have 4 more delivering today and tomorrow. I will be trying to return these as well. I don’t like how she responded to you either live saying it wasn’t her show you purchased from, she’s not the owner and leave her alone. I’ve heard another host do the exact same thing.

maddieh95 @closeticon1 it's so unfair because I will lose a case for a thread that is missing on a $25 top but get denied a return on trash. I knew not to mention a mystery game and to mention the bingo game was below good to fair condition. keep complaining until you get a credit. mine was $100.
