Flared frilly skirt. Looks great when the top is worn right at the waist. Very Parisian chic, very Gossip Girl era - would look amazing with tights & a beret! I'm 5'11 and it was just long enough for me to pull off this way, but quite short (mini). Could also be worn lower but IMO it's less flattering that way but maybe I'm just old. :P This item is in USED, decent condition. Some minimal damage: just a few dark (ink?) splots on the front side, see photo #2 for a close up. When worn it's barely noticeable unless you put your face right up to the skirt. ALL* my clothing items (*except ones that are new with tags) have been freshly washed on a sanitizing steam setting, using hypoallergenic, nontoxic laundry detergent (Attitude brand - EWG Certified for the highest in health & allergy standards).
