It does have some stretch capacity but I definitely don’t feel it is a women’s L/XL.. please measure and be sure it will fit before purchase. It is a beautiful soft cozy piece that will look amazing on the right person. The inside tag is quite faded with only the size being distinguishable. I recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry.
