DKNY Pleated Dress, with Neck Tie (size 10)

A silky feeling, pleated vivid blue DYNK dress. Has some ruffling at the collar and a necktie. Fabric is lightweight so good for summer,, but versatile enough for any season really. Also good for either day or night depending on how you style it. Excellent condition (I wore this one time for an afternoon engagement party and I purchased it brand new). Also, just to note - I borrowed the last pic from another source online as I couldn't get as good a picture (but it is exactly the same dress). Measurements: Pit to pit: 17 inches (however, because of the pleating it expands, so it works well if you are busty) Length shoulder to hem: 37.5 inches
