Nice, understated design, typical for DKNY. This rain jacket is in excellent condition. Polyester with polyester lining. As it's lined, it's more than a windbreaker-type garment, so more versatile and suitable for wear over three seasons. (I placed this in the trench coat category as there is no rainwear category, and this would be worn in similar fashion. In black, so even more versatile.
