DKNY pleated puff sleeve shirt in periwinkle blue flowy fabric

Pretty blue short sleeve blouse. Made of lightweight flowy fabric. Pleated detail on puff sleeves. Great for dressing up or down. Looks really great tucked into jeans. In good preloved condition. There is some small pilling on the sleeve as seen in the up close photo. The hem is a little asymmetrical, not sure why, it came that way. No size tag, so please refer to photos for measurements. It is photographed on a size 2 mannequin.
