DKNY y2k neon jacket

DKNY Y2K mega neon down filled coat tagged as a size small but fits up to a medium. Its just a touch too small in my bust which measures 39" some pilling around the black part of the collar. and what looks like some escaped feather bits on the black bits behind the shoulders/ arms which are elastic ( good for movement) has one small stain which is not very noticeable has pockets shoulder to shoulder 17" length 25"
