DOBBS classic brown felt hat with feathers

This is a high class hat. It shows no signs of being worn. I cannot seem to date it. I believe it might be from the 50's or a 70's reproduction. It could fit a variety of size but it will need to be pined to a hairdo as it sits on the head. Thank you.
