esorfleet Hi, thanks for the offer. My concern is the last photos, which shows marks on the toes. Is the yellow damaged, i.e., scraped off, or are the black marks scuffs? If scuffs, can the black marks be removed by cleaning? Thanks.

esorfleet So can the scuff marks be removed? Can you remove the scuffs post photo with scuffs removed? I am a size 7 us, 38 UE and worry that they might be too small - I actually measure 37.5 UE and a 7.5 Canadian, but have very high & long arches, and with lace up boots, went up to a 38 UE. So my two reservations are the scuffs & the sizing. If the scuffs can be removed, I can take the risk and make an offer. I am very interested in making an offer.

styleromp @esorfleet Sorry for the wait. I had to run some errands. No, the scuff can't be removed. I'm selling it with that lived in look that lots of people like these days. I can measure the sole front to back if you are at all still interested. Maybe you can compare that measurement to a pair of boots you have and like already.

esorfleet So are the scuffs from the yellow leather being scraped off the surface, is the yellow leather skin surface broken?

styleromp @esorfleet Thank you for the wait. The outsole is 10.5" long and the inside is about 9"ish. It's harder to measure the inside accurately as I have a metal measuring tape. The scuffing is into the leather, yes.

esorfleet Thanks for the measurements. My ankle lace up Dr Martens boots measure 9”ish and the outer sole measures 11”, so the size might be passable. The scuffs from broken yellow leather surface is the issue, as that is damage and I am not a fan of “lived in look”. The only remedies for the broken skin are leather dye or leather paint, if there are such products - I don’t know if either is available, and it will take time & effort to search. Given this, what offer price range might you accept? Thank
