Gorgeous skirt from Dolan (purchased from anthropologie). Lovely purple colour. High waist, cotton eyelet fabric, zip closure. Amazing quality and fit. Size small, but I am generally a medium in bottoms and it suits. Measurements available on request!

hi is the skirt loose fitting (a bit more flowy) or tight ?

@tif171717 somewhere in the middle I would say? The top is more fitted and it flares out. The fabric is slightly stiff to give it some shape! Hope that helps!
