D'ORLAN Enameled & Austrian Crystal Elephant Brooch Gold Tone

The D’Orlan Jewelry Ltd. Company was founded by Maurice J. Bradden in 1957 manufacturing fashion jewelry in Toronto, Canada. The D’Orlan Company, closed its doors in March of 2006. Mr Bradden was a tool and dye maker by profession. Before that,he was a manager for a jewelry company in Ontario that made pieces for Avon Canada D’Orlan designed every item in house and became renowned for its excellent quality and the highest standards. Mr. Bradden was a firm believer in making the best product possible. The D’Orlan jewelry designs produced used the finest hand set Austrian crystals and rhinestones and Japanese glass pearls. Their jewelry lines were different from most manufacturing companies as they did not buy components from other companies and simply put them together. D’Orlan manufactured everything at their factory with the exception of Japanese glass polished pearls and Austrian crystals and rhinestones.
