DOROTHY PERKINS | Petite Stripe Dress XS or S

Used to be one of my favourites. The fabric is stretchy but I think it would fit best for petite XS or not too big S:). Cute and elegant. Good condition with minor stains and linen but hard to see - I've taken pictures so you can see it before you decide.
