I'm selling due to my 3 cancers. NOTE RE DRAPES AND CURTAINS: Most are sealed in original bags which I don't want to open - I'm physically not able to repack these if I unfold them, so I'm giving details that any drapes have if you went to the store and bought them (normally drapes are not opened until the buyer gets home).
